Job Role:-
· Own and standardize cost sheet formats across commodities and suppliers.
· Freeze fixed vs variable cost lines and control cost % movements.
· Perform weekly and monthly cost sheet audits to eliminate errors.
· Validate raw material prices, conversion costs, scrap, yield, and assumptions.
· Track and analyze LME / commodity indices for cost forecasting.
· Support price prediction and negotiation timing using index trends.
· Interface directly with suppliers and steel mills to rectify cost errors.
· Ensure accurate and defensible cost justifications for reviews.
· Act as single point of contact for Finance, Engineering, Product, and SCM.
· Own BOM‑level cost accuracy and track material and design impact.
· Maintain governance cadence and ensure audit‑ready cost transparency.
· Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, consolidation, Vlookup,error checks, formula control, dashboards, structured templates.
Salary Budget: - 4 Lpa
