Job Role:-
· Administer and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall, router and switch infrastructure at the Mandi Gobindgarh plant, within Sanathan Textiles’ approved change process.
· Own root-cause analysis for recurring network issues affecting the assembly line and drive permanent fixes.
· Monitor network performance and security using Sanathan Textiles’ own monitoring tools.
· Escalation & Stakeholder Management Act as the single technical point of contact for the plant’s network estate.
· Manage senior plant stakeholders and department heads, handling escalations calmly and credibly.
· Provide emergency backup coverage to L1 engineers across all shifts, including nights, for critical incidents, planned leave, or unplanned absence.
· Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination
· Mentor and quality-check L1 engineers’ diagnosis and ticket handling.
· Coordinate with OEM, ISP and AMC vendors for hardware, network circuit and warranty escalations on Sanathan Textiles’ behalf.
· Support the FluidPro delivery manager with monthly SLA reporting and governance reviews.
· Incident & Change Management.
