- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5-8

- 8-10 yrs. Experience in Automobile plant

Responsibilities :
- Mechanical Maintenance of Engine assembly shop, Test beds and Paint booth in automobile assembly plant.
- Pumps maintenance & troubleshoots.
- Gear boxes,Conveyors & Fixture maintenance.
- CNC machines axis alignment and troubleshooting.
- CNC, ATC & APC troubleshooting.
- Good Knowledge on paint shop oven, driers, PT process.
- Hydraulic press system troubleshooting.
- Pneumatic system troubleshooting.
- EOT Crane, Hoists.
- Basic knowledge on chiller & AHU system operation & maintenance.
- Troubleshooting of shop machinery.
- Preparation for maintenance monthly documents, MTTR, MTBF calculation.
- Basic knowledge of MS office, Excel, etc...
- Kaizen and 5’S improvements.
- Basic knowledge of safety precautions.
- Shift handling.
Salary range (CTC) : Rs. 4.2 to 5.7 Lac/ Annum
