Job Role:-
· L1 support to NOC and do troubleshooting for day?to?day RF customer TT and Network issue & also provide Field Support at BTS/customer.Supports for operational issues - RF customer TT, SD audit support.Support in Shifts for Network activities.
· L1 support for dark fiber Linear path outages and 24*7 Infra MFD/PSU alerts to Infra service providers.
· Field support for Customer outage restoration and migration in emergency relocation with compliance, thunderstorm,natural calamities affecting RF Network and Field support in PM activity.
· Support SD audit and SQM /SPOT activities in field. Also provide the Remote Hand Support (RHS ) to NOC as needed.
· Coordination with vendor FE and noc team for fast resolution of RF customer TT, SQM pole installtion activity.
· Support for RF improvement of customer link BW upgarde activity and newly delievered customer audit.
· RF Spare management : Handling & testing of spare inventories to ensure availability for Cambium, radwin, WAN aggegator, MROTEK converter, Lan extender, POE devices in RF network. Support for material movement to vendor FE and RMA dispatch/receiving material.
· Capture cable make/connector type in customer down call and other required details to reduce outages.Provide hands on training to new vendor FE/FT for using ptw/wfm app
