- Ticket logging and tracking till closure.
- Hands and Leg support for Datacentre HW IMACD.
- Vendor /Tool/Asset management.
- Backup monitoring and Management ( Applicable for Mumbai DCO).
- Media Management ( Tape labelling, insertion/removalfrom Library).
- Site specific process adherence.
- Preparing gate pass and support for material movement.
