Education: CA Intern, Semi Qualified CA

Experience:- 2-4 yrs

Job Role:-

Perform variance analysis on financial statements and identify key drivers for fluctuations.
Support and execute internal audit activities, including documentation and compliance requirements.
Manage and review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable aging, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and prepaid expenses.
Assist in revenue recognition activities in line with accounting standards.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on knowledge of accruals, prepaid expenses, and revenue accounting.
Experience in variance analysis and reconciliations.
Familiarity with internal audits and compliance procedures.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in an RTR / ECM environment.
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar).
Good communication and documentation skills.
