Job Role:-

  • DIRECT SALES AGENT - JD
  •  Customer lead generation.
  •  Visiting customers and various transport hubs/cluster generating and publishing the potential sales lead.
  •  classifying them as hot/warm/cold basis conversion time, customer need/wants.
  •  Conduct joint visits to market with franchisee/ Company representatives, carry out various fleet related marketing.
  •  activities and coordinate in on ground activation.
  •  Customer conversion.
  •  Tracking customer churn and retention, conversion of customer currently fuelling through competition in the trading area.
  •  Market intelligence, market benchmarking.
  •  Track various competition offerings, and benchmark it with respect to Company for a particular trading area.

Salary Budget: Up to 20000 K to 28000 CTC PM + PF + ESIC
