About Client- Our client is an leading Indian Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company operating in the global beauty and wellness categories. Headquartered in Mumbai, it manufactures and markets products in hair care, skin care, edible oils, and healthy foods, with major brands including Parachute, Saffola, Livon, and Set Wet.

No. of Requirements-1

Education- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Food Science & Technology.

Experience- 1-3 Years

Job Role-

·     Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

·         Ensure production targets are achieved according to schedule.

·         Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.

·         Maintain compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI guidelines.

·         Ensure implementation of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene practices.

·         Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.

·         Handle manpower allocation and supervise production staff.

·         Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.

·         Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production area.

·         Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

·         Required Skills & Competencies.

·         Strong knowledge of food processing techniques and food safety standards.

·         Understanding of production planning and inventory control.

·         Good leadership and team management skills.

·         Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

·         Problem-solving and analytical ability.

·         Ability to work in shifts if required.

Salary Budget- 4 LPA
