Position: Instrumentation Technicians ( Third Party Payroll)

Location: Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh | NMDC

Qualification: ITI

Experience: 1+ Years in Steel industry

Job Requirements:

Good knowledge of Field instruments.
Should possess good knowledge of operation of valves, pressure devices, flow meters etc.
Perform daily / monthly / annual maintenance of field devices like flow meters, sensors, Temperature devices, transmitters.
Should have good knowledge of Electrical control wiring and automation systems.
Should have basic knowledge of VFD/Soft starters and their application.
Should have an ability to identify and troubleshoot the malfunctions, replacing parts and components. Identify cable faults.
Should be able to perform Loop checking, interlock checking from field simulation.
Should be able to do the calibrations of field instruments. Should handle the calibration equipment used for calibrating field devices.
Should be familiar with safety procedures while carrying out electrical work.
Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relationship with Team members andClient members.
Updating preventive Maintenance checklists of instrumentation equipment’s
Qualification requirements.
