Role: Contractor Associate.
Job Description:
- Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit
- Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency.
- Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage.
- Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with company.
- Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.
- Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors.
- Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.
- Visit Complain site for checking & providing solutions to Customer.
- Taking feedback from Customer.
- Conduct site visits for checking basic hygiene of site for delivery .
- Providing Training the new/experienced painters from APHS panel contractors & Associates.
- Maintaining several data like- Training data, Complain data Maintaining the implements stock and avoiding shortfalls.
- Training the team about the product and service.
Skills Required:
- Basic Excel.
- Good Communication.
- Good Convincing skill.
