About Client: - Our Client is an Indian telecommunications company. It was previously a government- owned-telecommunications service provider and under the ownership of Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, and the Government of India.It is the exchange of information over significant distances by electronic means and refers to all types of voice, data and video transmission.

Education: Any bachelor’s degree with good communication skills.

Job Role:-

·        Goods Receipt(GR) :: Ensure for GRN in 48 Hours for the material received from site/warehouse.

·        Dispatch :: All MRN/Request received up to 5pm to be dispatched on the same day with proper packing.. Arrange for e-way bill for applicable dispatches, All the dispatches must have the documents, a) e-way bill as per guideline received, b) Taxes as per GST guideline & c) Registration certificate as per Pollution Control Board guideline for scrap like e-waste, Battery waste etc.

·        Consumption Posting :: Arrange for consumption posting against the MRF/Reservation detail shared by CSO & OSP user.

·        Inventory Management :: Inventory Accuracy – Monthly PV activity, Physical Vs Books must be maintained & updated for 100% materials & samples to be shared with SCM as & when requested, Quarterly PV by CA Agency.

·        Support to Network & Enterprise team for technical verification of materials (Arrangement of material from warehouse, return of material to warehouse after verification by user).

·        Support for packing of Network/CSO/IT materials and dispatch from Turbhe/Premco Office/Stores to Warehouse.

·        Support to warehouse / user team on material movement :: Raising ITMSE in case of any system related support required etc.

·        Coordination with vendors for completion of service agreement with necessary sign-off & documentation.

·        Follow up with various vendor for submission / extension of BG/SD as per the SCM input.

Salary Budget: - 4 Lpa
