Job Description:
- Maintain and troubleshoot media technology systems, including broadcast equipment, editing suites, and production tools.
- Support digital media workflows from ingest to playback, ensuring efficient and reliable content processing.
- Manage and optimize streaming platforms, live broadcast setups, and digital distribution channels.
- Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software systems used in media production and broadcast environments.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to support day-to-day media operations.
- Install, configure, and upgrade media software, servers, and related technologies.
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and technical configurations.
- Support on-site and remote production environments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
