JOB Description:
- The candidate will take care of drafting of templated content production/ commission contracts, where not much negotiation is involved.
- Drafting of templated content acquisition contracts which don’t involve complex commercial or legal structures/ terms.
- Drafting and negotiation of standard templated contracts of EURO sports.
- Drafting of NDAs.
- Drafting of templated Development Agreements.
- Drafting of amendments, addendums etc for various deals.
- Any other templated drafting work across line of businesses.
Salary Budge: Up to 10 Lpa.
