 Job Description-

·         Vendor Management – AMC Finalization, AMC Execution, Performance Review, Billing,

·         Operations Management – Monitoring of Monthly Preventive Maintenance Activities, Ensure 100% Compliance, Monthly PM report generation and closure of the punch points reported during PM

·          Periodic Review/Audit of the performance of the Infra Assets based on the Loading.

·         PR/PO Creation in SAP

·         Material Management

·         Periodic Review Calls with Stakeholders and Vendors.

·         Coordination calls with Field and cross functional teams.

·         Managing R&M Activities and Budget Tracking

Salary Budget: 28000 k
