Job Role:-

·         Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for employees and third?party manpower staff.

·         Enter and update employee and contract workforce data in payroll systems.

·         Validate attendance, timesheets, and shift records received from manpower agencies.

·         Coordination with Third?Party Manpower Agencies

·         Follow up with manpower agencies for timely submission of attendance, invoices, statutory documents, and payroll inputs.

·         Conduct basic checks on vendor-provided data to ensure accuracy (headcount, rates, overtime, deductions).

·         Track contract staff onboarding, exits, and changes and ensure agencies provide supporting documents.

·         Support reconciliation of manpower bills against approved attendance and wage structures.

·         Maintain communication logs, trackers, and documentation for agency interactions.

·         Data Validation & Audit Support

Salary Budget: - 3 Lpa
