Job Description

  • Prepare the retention dashboard (monthly)
  • Plan all aspire to inspire releases: co-ordinate with participants, review write ups, ensure releases are timely (every month
  • Track Each One Bring one mailers, ensure more publicity (once a month), winner list to be prepared monthly, announce winners quarterly
  • Additional analysis on funnel information from TC2.0 (Weekly)
  • Reporting requirements for CSR, RFP, sustainability teams, TBEM, kincentric, risk assessment (ad-hoc)
  • Prepare LF infographics (quarterly)
  • Submission of Avatar survey (yearly)
  • Hiring audit for GM and above roles with BHRs (Weekly)
  • Maintaining Job code list, bi-weekly sanctity check if Job family framework- JF, SJF, job codes are correctly tagged
  • Monthly MIS submission
  • Vendor onboarding & payments, PO creation (existing 8 vendors approx.)
  • Budget reconciliation
  • Min-Two Years of Experience required
