Job Description
- Prepare the retention dashboard (monthly)
- Plan all aspire to inspire releases: co-ordinate with participants, review write ups, ensure releases are timely (every month
- Track Each One Bring one mailers, ensure more publicity (once a month), winner list to be prepared monthly, announce winners quarterly
- Additional analysis on funnel information from TC2.0 (Weekly)
- Reporting requirements for CSR, RFP, sustainability teams, TBEM, kincentric, risk assessment (ad-hoc)
- Prepare LF infographics (quarterly)
- Submission of Avatar survey (yearly)
- Hiring audit for GM and above roles with BHRs (Weekly)
- Maintaining Job code list, bi-weekly sanctity check if Job family framework- JF, SJF, job codes are correctly tagged
- Monthly MIS submission
- Vendor onboarding & payments, PO creation (existing 8 vendors approx.)
- Budget reconciliation
- Min-Two Years of Experience required
