Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process, including, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up with agencies, candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update recruitment tracker and databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation, Training etc
- Prepare reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in HR recruitment or Operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
