Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process, including, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up with agencies, candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage and update recruitment tracker and databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with onboarding and employee documentation, Training etc
  • Prepare reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.

 Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in HR recruitment or Operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
