Role : Network Associate
Job Description :-
· Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
· Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
· Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.
· Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
· Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
· Respond to network-related incidents and service requests.
· Ensure network security by following best practices and policies.
· Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams when required.
· Assist in implementing network upgrades and new technologies.
· Familiarity with networking hardware (Cisco, Juniper, HP, or similar).
· Knowledge of network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
· Basic understanding of network security principles.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and documentation skills.
· Experience with firewall configuration and monitoring tools.
· Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
· Internship or hands-on lab experience in networking.
Qualification:- Any bachelor’s degree with good communication skills
