Experience-1–2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Logistics operations
Job Role-
·Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
·Create pickup requests and ensure regular follow-ups until closure.
·Monitor and track Last Mile Operations to ensure smooth delivery performance. Monitor performance metrics of internal teams and external service providers.
·Prepare reports related to shipment pendency and proactively follow up to reduce delays.
·Cross-check courier bills to ensure accuracy and prevent additional/incorrect charges. Strong coordination and follow-up skill, Analytical and reporting abilities .Attention to detail in billing and documentation.
·Ability to work with cross-functional teams
·Basic knowledge of logistics and courier operations
