Job Role:-

  • Daily Site Visits.
  • Visit new construction or painting sites every day to promote and sell Nerolac products.
  • Register New Sites.
  • Find new sites (walk-ins or referrals), register them, and connect them with painters/contractors.
  • Manage Painters & Contractors.
  • Build strong relationships with at least 80 painters/contractors in your area.
  • Daily Calls & Meetings.
  • Follow your daily plan (PJP) and meet several contractors each day.
  • Marketing Activities.
  • Run marketing events or promotions as planned by the head office.
  • Update Contractor Points.
  • Help painters/contractors track their reward points by updating the system regularly.
  • Share New Information.
  • Explain new schemes, products, or rewards to painters and contractors.
  • Gift Distribution.
  • Make sure painters/contractors get their gifts or rewards on time.
  • Handle Complaints.
  • Solve any issues or complaints related to gifts or schemes quickly.
  • Dealer Outlet Branding.
  • Check that Nerolac posters, banners, or displays are visible at dealer shops.
  • Scheme Communication.
  • Clearly explain any new schemes to painters/contractors so they understand how to benefit.
  • Product Launches.
  • Help with new product launches and make sure the information reaches painters/contractor.

Salary Budget: - Up to 25K CTC PM
