Job Description:

Onboarding Support:
Coordinate pre-joining activities including document collection follow-up, and communication with candidates.
Assist in issuing arranging induction schedules, and system access provisioning.
Maintain accurate onboarding records in HR systems and trackers.
Offer Release Coordination:
Assist in preparation and release of offer letters through defined workflows and systems.
Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and pre-joining formalities.
Query Management:
Act as the first point of contact for employee and candidate queries related to onboarding, documentation, and HR processes.
Route unresolved queries to relevant stakeholders and ensure closure within defined SLA timelines.
Maintain query logs and support periodic review of FAQs and knowledge base content

Eligibility Criteria: Education:

Minimum: Graduation (Any Stream – B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Preferred: Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or India-specific HR certifications)

Experience:

0.6 to 2 years of experience in HR support roles (preferably in onboarding/offer management/shared services)

Skills Required:

Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS tools will be an added advantage
Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to multitask
