Job Role:-
· Network Deployment & Configuration.
· Configure and deploy network hardware and services Routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN, DDI Validate configurations and ensure production readiness.
· Operational Stability & Monitoring Own operations ensuring High availability and uptim.
· performance monitoring and threshold management Proactively identify and resolve network issues Incident & Escalation Management.
· Act as L2/L3 escalation point for critical incidents Troubleshoot complex network issues across.
· Root Cause Analysis & Problem Management Perform RCA for major incidents Drive permanent fixes and analyse repeat incidents.
· Maintain problem records and track remediation actions Change & Governance
· Implement network changes via change management Carry out Impact analysis, rollback planning, Compliance with governance standards.
· Automation & Standardization Contribute to automation initiatives like Configuration standardization & Script-based deployments.
Salary Budget: -3 Lpa.
