Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

·   Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).

· Ensure project activities comply with company quality procedures, client specifications, and applicable standards.

·  Conduct routine quality inspections and audits at the project site.

·  Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation.

· Monitor work execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.

· Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives on quality-related matters.

· Verify that materials, equipment, and workmanship meet project quality requirements.

·  Maintain quality records, inspection reports, checklists, and project documentation.

· Participate in internal and external quality audits.

· Support client inspections, third-party inspections, and statutory inspections as required.

·   Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare periodic quality reports.

· Conduct quality awareness sessions and toolbox talks for project personnel.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend corrective measures.

· Ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained and submitted in accordance with project requirement
