Job Role :-HR Operation

·  On boarding and induction.

·  Service request creation for new joiners (regular and contract) and co-ordination with IT for laptop handover.

·   Input for hiring to Payroll team for new joiners.

·   Support inductions of new joiners (M-5 and below).

·   Intimation to Admin and IT teams for ID card and SAP code updating.

·   Coordination with BER Team.

·  Rewards and Recognition (this is time consuming activity since many GEMs are awarded and we don’t receive a list on time).

·  Preparing GEM and family letters for Marketing functions and all other functions when the same are given by Corporate HODs.

· Couriering the family letters to their home address.

·  Creation and maintenance of employee personal folders and maintaining a database of the same.

·  Preparing and issuing letters of all types (Service, transfer, job rotation, leave, address etc).

·  Monthly Medical MIS.

·   Input to payroll for changes like transfer, department change, manager change etc. Input to retirals team every month for sharing UAN details.
