Job Description-
· Microsoft 365 (M365): Intermediate knowledge.
· Hands-on experience in managing users, licenses, mailboxes, and basic troubleshooting across services like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
· Active Directory (AD) & Azure Active Directory (AAD): Intermediate knowledge.
· Ability to manage user accounts, groups, GPOs, and access controls in AD, along with identity and access management in Azure AD.
· Microsoft Intune: Intermediate knowledge.
· Experience in device enrolment, policy configuration, application deployment, and endpoint security management using Intune.
· Patching Lifecycle Management: Intermediate knowledge.
· Knowledge of planning, testing, deploying, and monitoring OS and application patches to ensure systems remain secure and compliant
· Network Lifecycle Management: Intermediate knowledge.
· Knowledge of Wi-Fi, LAN ,WAN , ClearPass NAC, EDR , DLP Systems deployed for enterprise customer.
· Desktop Support Skills:
· End User Support and Ticketing – Mandatory.
· VIP and Onsite User Management – Mandatory.
· Soft Skills (Mandatory).
· Strong verbal communication skills.
· Team management and leadership capabilities.
· Preferred Qualifications.
· ITIL certification (preferred).
· Experience with enterprise ticketing tools (ServiceNow, etc.).
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Key Competencies:.
