Job Role:-

·        Handle inbound and outbound customer and user calls related to KYC documentation, verification, and queries

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KYC completion targets as set by the operations team

·        Learn and become proficient in the internal KYC portal and its end-to-end workflow

·        Identify usability issues, bugs, or process gaps in the KYC portal and submit structured feedback to the development team

·        Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and ongoing development releases of the KYC portal

·        Develop a clear understanding of the company’s product and service portfolio to confidently assist and educate customers

·        Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, technology) to resolve KYC-related escalations promptly

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documentation status, and resolution logs

·        Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal KYC/AML policies at all times

·        Prepare and submit daily/weekly status reports on KYC completion progress using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
