Job Description: 

  • This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance environment. As a paint advisor, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, setup onsite visits and explain the entire painting process through home painting services.

Selling and Outstanding Customer Service:

  • Coordinating or handling the installation of products at customer’s home with grievance redressal of any customer if required.
  • Treats the customer as the primary focus at all times and is prepared to go out of their way to meet the customers’ unique style needs and override any objection through tailored, appropriate questioning and observations.
  • Understands that the customer is key: able to adjust selling style to adapt to different customer types through understanding and reacting to body language to recognise buying signals.

  • Provide the highest possible standard of professional, prompt customer service via all channels; face to face, email and telephone.

Requirements: 

  • Good Communication skills 
  • Good relationship building power

Education:

  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required.
  • Graduation is mandatory to be applicable for this role.

Key Result Areas: Total sales

Experience:

  • Prior experience in sales or design within luxury sector - min 2 year.
  • Furniture Sales Experience Needed.
  • Minimum 3-4 yrs. of work experience.
  • Experience in luxury retail stores is a plus.

Salary:- Up to 45 K NTH + TA + PF ESIC
