- The Colour Consultant's role is to understand the overall décor of the house and to help the customer make the choice from the various colour families.
- Advice the client on various themes and textures to enhance the décor of their rooms.
- Help set mood for the home with the use of colour and pick colors to create a space that reflects its inhabitants Handling walk-in clients.
- Cross selling of product categories soft furnishing will be taken for by CC Digital leads Follow and calling Digital Journey at store.
