Job Role
•Develop and deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports to support business and HR decision-making.
•Analyze key HR metrics including attrition, hiring, productivity, diversity,engagement, absenteeism, span of control, and internal mobility.
•Generate predictive and diagnostic insights to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
•Translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
•Design, automate, and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar visualization tools.
