Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manager 03rd Party Procurement to Pay Process
- Internal Stock transfer and Coordination with Regional hubs.
- Basic Knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning
- Creating Purchase Orders in SAP
- Coordination with Vendor and arrange the delivery.
- Manage the Purchase tracker and create the visibility of Open Orders
- Coordination with Service Managers and SCM Procurement team to align the requirement of water plant and UBS for Instruments installations
- GR/ IR clearing and others sub-ledger clearing
- Purchase Order and supply management, track order confirmation, delivery schedules and resolve discrepancy.
- Ensure orders meet regulatory and compliance specification standards.
- Liaise closely with cross-functional teams—Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance, technical users— to align procurement with timelines and internal requirements
- Coordinate inbound logistics (air/sea freight), ensure customs/regulatory compliance, and manage returns for non-conforming goodsCoordinate inbound logistics (air/sea freight), ensure customs/regulatory compliance, and manage returns for non-conforming goods
- Closing activities during month end and quarter end
- Driving digitalization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement cycle.
CTC: 30-35k CTC PM
