Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and customer calls.
  • Manage customer accounts by processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving inquiries.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records.
  • Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Communicate with customers to provide product information and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (such as finance and logistics) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights to improve efficiency.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and prospects.
