- Telecom experience in Supporting Core DWDM & IP equipment
- Experience in DWDM devices handover and Testing.(LSPM and Ethernet tester)
- Sound understanding of DWDM products, preferred experience on Ciena
- Sound understanding of Telecom technology & Services
- Able to Handle & drive teams of engineers in METRO Cities environment & DATA centers
- Experience in Managed services operations (Telecomm operation)
- Basic Knowledge of Fiber operations
