Job Description
· Monitor fabrication, welding, assembly, testing, passivation and dispatch activities for stainless steel piping assemblies.
· Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOMs, specifications, quality plans, inspection test plans and manufacturing processes.
· Coordinate with Engineering, PMO, Sourcing, Quality, Outsource manufacturing teams and vendors to support timely project execution.
· Drive daily design and manufacturing standing meetings to assess current production status, identify bottlenecks and expedite work as per demand.
· Ensure timely availability of manufacturing drawings, design outputs and latest revisions at the shop floor.
· Set manufacturing priorities based on PMO site requirements, customer urgency, material availability and dispatch commitments.
· Track and improve quality metrics including First Pass Yield, rework percentage, scrap percentage, weld rejection trends and customer complaints.
· Maintain rework data records and follow up for rework closure, final inspection and timely dispatches.
· Coordinate internally for timely cost approvals, technical approvals and purchase order releases that affect manufacturing execution.
· Prepare daily MIS updates for management including production status, quality performance, risks, open actions and recovery plans.
· Support need-based customer site visits to understand issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
· Ensure safe working practices and adherence to applicable manufacturing, welding and quality standards.

· Stainless steel fabrication, SS304 / SS304L, TIG/GTAW welding, WPS, PQR, welder qualification, pipe and tube fabrication, NDT methods. Production planning, supplier management, daily reviews, MIS reporting, PMO alignment, internal coordination, issue escalation, rework closure and customer-site issue resolution.
