Education: Any Graduate

Experience:- 

·      Fluent in speaking Bengali and English.

·         6 Month experience in call center / helpdesk role.

Job Role:-

• Proficiency in Bengali (spoken and preferably written), strong communication skills; ability to clearly articulate complex information in simple Bengali.
• Handle inbound calls (and possibly emails or chats) from investors in Bengali (and possibly English/Hindi) related to queries covered by SEBI’s toll-free service — e.g., status of companies, unlisted/delisted status, registrar & share transfer agents, corporate actions (dividend/bonus/right issue), how to lodge a complaint on SEBI’s SCORES portal, etc.
• Communicate clearly in Bengali: listen to the caller’s concern, ask clarifying questions, provide accurate information or direct to the correct resource/department.
• Maintain records of each interaction: caller details, query type, resolution, and follow-up if needed.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to a supervisor or specialist team, as per helpline workflow.
• Ensure that you do not provide investment advice or legal opinion (SEBI helpline explicitly states it does not give legal/investment advice).
• Good command of English and/or Hindi may be beneficial (since queries may be bilingual).
• Basic computer literacy: ability to use CRM/helpdesk software, MS Office, enters data accurately.
• Active listening, problem-sensitivity, service orientation, patience.
• Ability to stay calm during high-volume call periods, good interpersonal skills.

Salary Budget: - Approximately Rs. 35,000 per month (As per interview)
