Position: Medical Image Annotator

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, or a related field

- Work experience: Minimum 2- 3 years of related experience in medical image annotation, preferably across multiple modalities.
Job Summery:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Image Annotator to support our AI and machine learning initiatives in medical imaging.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in annotating and segmenting medical images across multiple modalities including MRI, CT, US and PET-CT. You will work closely with radiologists, data scientists, and AI engineers to ensure high-quality labeled datasets for training and validating diagnostic model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Annotate and segment anatomical structures, pathologies, and regions of interest (ROIs) in MRI, CT, US and PET-CT scans using specialized annotation tools.
- Collaborate with radiologists to validate annotations and ensure clinical accuracy.
- Maintain consistency and quality across large datasets by following annotation guidelines and protocols.
- Provide feedback to improve annotation tools and workflows.
- Document annotation processes and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in quality control (QC) and peer-review of annotations.
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, pathologists, and data scientists to ensure clinical accuracy and data quality.
- Work in collaboration with multiple project teams in different locations on new strategies & initiatives.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with BDO and other regulatory standards.
- Manage and mentor different Annotation teams, ensuring timely delivery.
- Works well in an environment with rapidly changing priorities and medical image modalities.
