Technical Knowledge:

  •  Active Directory DNS, DHCP server management.
  •  Expert in HDD, SSD backup and restore, as well as cloud data backup and restore.
  •  Knowledge on Repair, Restore and reset the Windows and Mac operating Systems.
  •  Expert in Remotely work, troubleshoot & resolving technical issues.
  •  Providing hardware and network technical support to end users on both Windows and macOS platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Manage Active Directory for user account creation, modification, and deletion.
  •  Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and provide folder access to the domain users.
  •  Set up user accounts, including user profiles, email accounts, and permissions.
  •  Provided support to both international and domestic clients.
  •  Installing operating systems of Windows and MacBook’s and ensure all the systems are up to date.
  •  Provide VPN support for remote workers, troubleshoot network-related issues, and assist them in accessing secure data.
  •  Install and configure OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Outlook, antivirus software, and other essential apps on Windows laptops and MacBooks.
  •  Resolve technical issues such as system slowness, hardware problems, and network issues on both Windows and MacBook devices.
  •  Assist users in installing and configuring work profile on their phones (iOS and Android).
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support to all end-users.
  •  Train users on operating hardware and software, utilizing common tools, and following best practices to ensure smooth use of laptops and MacBooks.
  •  Worked with Durva Insync cloud storage to monitor, back up, and restore user data.
  •  Assist with data recovery processes in case of hardware failure or accidental data loss.
  •  Worked with SolarWinds software to monitor the network.
  •  Provide remote support to users for resolving technical issues through Teams chat, Teams remote control, BeyondTrust remote support, phone, or over email.
  •  Worked with the Ticketing Tool ServiceNow to Deploying laptops and IT accessories to users, tracking them, and managing inventory, incident management, review tickets, assign them to different groups based on the request, check knowledge base articles, and escalate tickets.
  •  Document all issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps taking after fixing issues.
  •  Managing the entry and exit formalities for employees.
  •  Assisted with user account management and basic administrative tasks in Azure Active Directory with limited access permissions, under restricted access, supporting user provisioning and group management and enabling MFA helps to secure access to data and applications.
  •  Configured and maintained user accounts, mailboxes, groups, and permissions using the Office 365 Admin Center.
  •  Supporting Video Conference and helping users to connect and sharing the screen and keeping VC unit up to date.
  •  Logging complaints to the vendor support teams and coordinating with them for Laptop, printers, MacBook, and other IT assets parts replacement.
  •  Coordinating with the Team for minimizes conflicts, wastages, delays, and Organizational Problems.
