Job Description

• • All Calls should be attended. No calls should be left un-attended.

•  Perform initial problem determination (Level 0/1).

•  Open/update request in standard call management tool.

•  Obtain status information from resolver groups, as applicable.

•  Provide problem record status upon request, Close problem/request records.

•  Coordination and follow up with application vendors (of the deployed application) to enable resolution of incidents. Log the ticket immediately within 15 minutes from reporting and inform user.

•  Regular follow-up with L2/L3 for tickets closure within SLA TAT and required escalation to be made to meet the ticket SLA.

•  Answer “how to” questions, reset passwords wherever applicable, and be able to explain business processes associated with implemented application functionality.

•  Establish and maintain call prioritization guidelines and escalation procedures.

•  Maintain an escalation/notification contact list of all application and infrastructure teams, including names and telephone.

•  Escalate technical problems to Technical Support or Technical Services and re-route problems to other teams as needed and inform the user of the same.

•Shift Time 8:00 Am – 8PM ( 9 hours as per Roster ).

Qualification:- BCA, MCA, BE, BSC
