Its operations are divided into four main sectors: imaging, diagnostics, Varian Medical Systems, and advanced therapies. Imaging includes magnetic resonance, computed tomography, X-ray, molecular imaging, and ultrasound devices.

Position: Learning Specialist

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Experience: 6 – 8 years of overall work experience with 4 - 6+ years supporting End-to-end delivery of training function.

Qualification: Graduate in Any Specialization. MBA preferred (Business administration)

•  Strong consultation and learning program design skills required.
•  Must have knowledge about adult learning theory.
•  Must have knowledge of evaluation techniques to assess training effectiveness & impact.
• Must have Strong Project management, vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
•  Must possess excellent stakeholder management to collaborate with key departments. such as commercial, procurement, business segments and global training partners.
•  Good understanding of the supply Chain Management (SCM) and payment process.
• 3-4 years of experience of Learning Management System (LMS) & Learning experience platform (LXP)administration experience would be an added advantage.

Job Profile:

•  Design & develop learning paths based on the organizations career paths
•  Build & manage learning programs by Analyzing, designing, developing, implementing & evaluating the program end to end.
•  Collaborate with universities, hospitals, Startups and other industry experts to build deep domain knowledge.
•  Improving the organization's capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, people, metrics, and processes
•  Support the Knowledge management framework which includes social learning events, knowledge forums, expert lists, Community of practices (COP) & strategic communication.
•  Driving a learning culture and managing competency-based learning programs
•  Assess the training requirements of the organization and manages End-to-end delivery of training including pre and post training activities.
•  Manage the training calendar for internal & external training programs.
•  Manage purchase orders & vendor payments, trainer incentives and efficient utilization of the training budget.

Employment Type: Contractual for 1 year and extendable
