Experience:

Qualification: Graduate in Any Specialization.

Required Skillset:

• Fluent in English (mandatory).

• Experience in Application Support.

• Experience in Help Desk / Service Support.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of Web Development – Html, JavaScript, CSS and Rest API’s.

• Experience in SharePoint – Power User advanced knowledge (Examples: SharePoint CSOM development, SharePoint Infrastructure knowledge, PowerShell, SharePoint Roles & Permissions level).

• Knowledge and experience with advanced features in Microsoft Word, such as: content controls, formatting, references, styling templates, etc, PowerBI if possible.

  • The CM App Competence Center Team is owner of an Application for Contract Management and provides hereby Customers with customized Contract Management solutions ensuring a smooth Contract Management process for users and the organization.
  • Join the team to become an Application Support Professional and realize & maintain Contract Management use case on a SharePoint customizing level.
  • Contribute to overall project success and customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
  • Ensuring that issues found are tracked and driven to resolution.
  •  L2 Support Engineer handles initial customer inquiries and technical issues through various communication channels, such as telephone, email, or chat.
  • Responsible for basic troubleshooting, providing solutions, and escalating more complex queries to higher-level support.
  •  Communicate effectively with Implementation Project Managers and anticipate issues before they become a risk to the project.
  • Work with a complex Contract Management Application and maintain content. Be able to analyze & understand contract/business rules and implement those independently.
  • Implement and maintain contract management use cases/templates on SharePoint customizing level.
  • Support and test the further development of Contract Management Application.
  • Manage technical related user request and provide solutions.
  • Contribute to support activities case analysis and case pattern recognition, supportability improvements working with Stakeholders like Implementation Managers.

Salary: 5 L PA CTC

Employment Type: Contractual for 6 to 8 months and can be extendable.
