- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in networking and software domains.
- Strong understanding of technologies like AC DCI, Nexus ACI, Cisco, and Java Development.
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Ability to assess candidate profiles based on job descriptions and technical requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
