Job Role-
- Ensure all products and processes comply with the latest FSSAI regulations.
- Stay updated on any changes to FSSAI guidelines and ensure their implementation within the organization.
- Develop, maintain, and update HACCP documentation.
- Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective measures as per HACCP protocols.
- Ensure all food products are accurately labeled in compliance with national and international regulations (FSSAI, FDA, etc.)
- Verify ingredient listings, nutritional information, and allergen declarations on packaging to prevent non-compliance.
- Conduct routine checks on product labels for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Implement and monitor GMP and GHP within the production environment.
- Provide training on GMP & GHP to staff and drive continuous improvement in food safety processes.
- Assist in conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Salary Budget- 4 LPA
