Qualification & Experience

  • CA/CMA with 8-12 years of relevant experience, with mandatory expertise in Cost Center Controlling, including payroll accounting.
  • A strong background in accounting and Controlling is required. Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. Competence in Business Intelligence Platforms and/or Power BI would be a plus.

Job description

  • Act as a Cost Centre Controlling Business Partner for all leaders in Onshore India (BU ON & Service) providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Execution of the regional financial planning, reporting, and controlling process, including the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of all relevant KPIs for Cost Centre Controlling for the Onshore India depth structures.
  • Coordination and Execution of the Forecasting and Budgeting Process for Cost Centre Controlling within Onshore India region including the implementation of standards and regulations of the process.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and provide management with actionable insights and reports to drive cost optimization.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of actual costs and ensure accurate cost center postings through thorough cost assessment. In-depth knowledge of payroll costs is an added advantage.
  • Require familiarity with Cost absorption processes and hourly rate concepts, including their application in cost allocation and financial analysis.
  • Ensure cost center governance by establishing cost centers in compliance with global guidelines, ensuring accurate bookings aligned with nomenclature, and optimizing the number of cost centers.
  • Support harmonization & digitalization activities by providing key knowledge related to the Cost Centre Controlling and active participation in new tool and process roll-out. Also contributing to standardization/simplification of reports through Power BI/Advanced excel.
  • Ability to analyze and approve Purchase Orders (POs) by reviewing details thoroughly, asking the right questions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
  • CA/CMA with 8-12 years of relevant experience, with mandatory expertise in Cost Center Controlling, including payroll accounting. A strong background in accounting and Controlling is required. Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. Competence in Business Intelligence Platforms and/or Power BI would be a plus.
  • Natural ability to build working relationships, with excellent communication skills and be able to interact confidently with senior stakeholders, including HODs.
  • Ability to be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment, navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities effectively during the ongoing organizational restructuring.
  • Should have experience in managing and collaborating with global teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across diverse regions
  • Strong data driven problem-solving skills, continuously striving for improving and automating regular activities with an open mind for change.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoke.
