Role : IT Sales

Job Description:

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT domain.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.
  • onduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during and after the sales process.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide timely support, and resolve issues.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling of IT services and products.Market Research & Strategy
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
  • Identify potential industries for business expansion.Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and solution designs.
  • Prepare quotations, RFP responses, and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts.

Qualification:  

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
