Job Description
· Manage day-to-day shift operations in accordance with SLA requirements.
· Monitor BMS (Building Management System) and CCTV systems throughout the shift.
· Supervise and coordinate Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, and Routine Checks as per OEM recommendations.
· Ensure critical equipment and systems are operating efficiently and within defined parameters.
· Respond promptly to breakdowns, alarms, and operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
· Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational procedures.
· Maintain accurate shift logs, equipment records, checklists, and operational reports.
· Ensure proper handover of all logs, reports, pending activities, incidents, and critical observations to the next shift.
· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and relevant stakeholders for smooth site operations.
· Escalate critical incidents and deviations as per the defined escalation matrix.
· Ensure all maintenance and operational activities are completed within the agreed SLA.
