Job Role-
·Tail Spend Procurement Support: Manage day-to-day sourcing and procurement for CST-related purchases, including engineering spares, operational consumables, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), Fire & Safety equipment etc.
·Purchase Order (PO) Management: Ensure timely and accurate creation, processing, and tracking of POs within the system while maintaining strict adherence to company procurement policies.
·Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and evaluate vendors. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for tail-spend items to drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
· Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with internal departments (user teams, finance, administration) to understand their requirements, provide regular updates on order status, and resolve any procurement bottlenecks.
· Scrap Management: Oversee the commercial processes related to scrap disposal, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and optimal revenue recovery.
· Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake any additional operational or administrative procurement tasks as assigned by the team lead to support business operations.
Salary Budget- 5 LPA
