Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Logistics outbound operations.
- Webshop Operations and Management.
- Customer engagement and communication for Webshop tool deployment at BP/ Customer level.
- Engage with customers to communicate the current status of the Webshop and provide resolutions to their queries.
- Training to BP/ Customers, and query resolution of internal & external customers. - GR/ IR clearing and other sub-ledger clearing.
- Manual order registration in P58 during Webshop downtime or facing technical issues, and also support sales admins in customer mapping.
- Webshop Error Handling (Material Not Visible in Webshop at the time of order registration on webshop via sales admin or customer).
CTC: 30-35k CTC PM
Employment Type: Contractual for 1 year and extendable.
