Job Role:
- Collection of TDS certificates from various teams and do their Accounting in S4Hana/ SAP.
- Downloading Form 26AS of the Company from the Income-tax site as and when required.
- Reconciliation of TDS GLs and follow up with Other Teams for reconcilation of balances lying in TDS GLs.
- Customer wise reconciliation of 26AS Report v/s Hard copy received by Tax Team for Pending TDS Certificates & reversal if any customer has done revised return and reduced the TDS Credit.
- For Income tax return purpose, reconciliation of the Customer wise 26AS Report & Hard copy of TDS Certificates received.
- Providing Balance Sheet details (TDS and Provision) to Accounting Team & reply to audit queries in time.
- Additional TDS Reconciliation of TDS Amount claimed in ITR V/s TDS received by TCL.
- Collect Region-wise Household property details i.e. Rented area, Municipal Taxes paid, details of rented property. Reconciliation of details given by region, verify the accuracy & correctness of Household data & prepared final region wise rented details of household property.
- Assist Our Tax Team Members in any work given by them.
