Position: Executive Finance 

Location: Gurgaon

Experience:

•  4-5 years in business administration with exposure to commercial/logistics topics Technical Proficiency.
•  Digital literacy.
•  Knowledge in SAP or any ERP will be preferred.
•  Good working knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Qualification:

• Graduation in Commerce/Business Administration with above 60% in all semesters. Added qualification of Intermediate CMA/CA/CS would be preferred.

Job Description:

• Responsible to validate Order in terms of cost planning, deviation approvals, completeness in documentation with respect to Terms & Conditions agreed in Offer / Tender / PO / Agreement  Co-ordinate the application and issuance of BG & LC, wherever applicable.
•  Ensure effective co-ordination with stakeholders for seamless Execution of the project in line with the contractual commitments. Participate in project team meetings, continuous assessment of Risk & Mitigations, Opportunity & Claims to ensure accuracy of Actuals and Estimate to complete.
•  Order Cost Control (OCC) – Margin analysis, Review of actual cost vs planned costs, cost correction in SAP in line with latest cost estimates, Periodical review of open projects and timely closure
• Ensure adherence with internal Guidelines, Policies / Regulatory and maintain a uniform process adherence.
