Job Role:
- Operations & Maintenance of Teleport NOC.
- Operations & Maintenance of Satellite Earth station.
- Installation, configuration & Maintenance of TV, RF and Network Equipment.
- Commissioning of satellite TV carriers.
- Monitoring of TV Carriers and Channels.
- Co-ordination with Media internal customers and Satellite Operators.
- Co-ordination with Operation Support teams like Projects, M&L, Power, AC, Facility & Security.
- Reports Preparation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to teleport and network equipment.
- Performing preventive maintenance and updating firmware/software of teleport equipment.
- Maintaining inventory and managing spare parts for teleport equipment.
- Providing training and support to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Documenting all maintenance and repair activities in the maintenance management system.
- Supporting the integration and testing of new communication technologies and equipment.
