KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Winning New Customers:

  • Meeting, Negotiation and Closing Contracts for Presence, Availability in Work & College Universe.
  • Manage Head office of the Chains and different stake holders.
  • Fixing RTM for existing and New Customers to ensure smooth supply and availability.
  • Manage existing customers in Work & Study Segment basis Hi 5 KPI and Uni 5.
  • Execute at College Festivals and Events.

 

Activation:

  • Prepare Activation Calendar.
  • Align cross functional collaboration for Big Event Partnerships.
  • Implementation Activation Calendar.
  • Increasing Consumption Activation.

 

Execution of Hi5:

  • Execute the Elements of the Contract at the Outlet Level.
  • Ensure Regular Checks.

 

Customer Care:

  • Regular Appointments and Visits with Review Meetings.
  • Invitation of Key Stake Holder to Local / National Red Bull Events.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Cross Department Collaborative working.
  • Strong presentation Skills.

Salary Budget: Up to 20 K CTC PM + Allowances + Quarterly Incentives.
